My name is Louise and I am a neurodivergent Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. My approach is rooted in authenticity, self-connection, inclusion and acceptance. I believe in creating a safe and accepting space where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences without judgment. It is my hope that my down to earth, compassionate and non-judgemental nature will allow you to feel safely supported to creatively explore and unravel the difficulties you are facing at present. I am also committed to the empowerment of neurodivergent individuals, embracing unique qualities, promoting acceptance, self-advocacy, and fostering positive relationships. With a unique perspective shaped by both personal and professional experience, I bring a deep understanding of neurodivergence to my practice. As someone who is also Autistic/ADHD I strive to provide compassionate and holistic support to individuals navigating the complexities of neurodivergence.
Step inside The Polyvagal Zoo, to help support your child with dysregulation.
Inspired by the work of Stephen Porges and Deb Dana, this course takes parents and care givers on a journey with the Owl, the Tiger and the Turtle, to explore how our nervous system shapes feelings, reactions and behaviours.
You’ll learn how to notice your own body signals and gain practical tools to help your children do the same, fostering calm, connection and emotional resilience for the whole family.
This course comes with a companion workbook to be used with your children, making emotional awareness, regulation and connection fun and practical through the lens of the animal kingdom.
