Introduction to Navigating Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (Borderline Personality Disorder) for Parents/ Partners/ Carers/ Supporters

£45.50

A short online course written by Jan Harrison, an experienced counsellor with over 10 years lived experience of parenting a teen/young adult on this journey.

If you have a loved one with this diagnosis, you have probably already been through some pretty difficult stuff and want to find a way forward in the middle of experiences that may sometimes feel chaotic, challenging or dramatic. I’m afraid it’s not a manual for how to fix everything, but this course aims to provide an introduction that helps you understand your loved one and your responses to them a little better, with a focus on your own self-awareness and self-care.

The course will signpost some resources that you might find helpful. Our accompanying support group for parents/partners/supporters is available through Tranquility Tribe. Please note, the materials may raise some questions or issues that you will find beneficial to work through with a counsellor.

Warning: some of the information in this course may trigger strong emotional responses; suicidal ideation will be discussed.
