I am passionate about making evidence-based nutrition services accessible to everyone, regardless of background or circumstance. My approach combines evidence-based nutrition care with compassionate person-centred support, using co-production and context-specific tailored interventions that reflect each individual’s lifestyle, culture, environmental and health goals.

I support clients with weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular health, digestive conditions, maternal and child nutrition, and overall wellbeing through practical and sustainable nutrition strategies. I am passionate about helping people build healthier relationships with food while improving long-term health outcomes.

Alongside my clinical work, I have experience teaching, mentoring healthcare students, and contributing to nutrition research and public health initiatives. I believe that good nutrition should be realistic, empowering, and accessible to everyone.

I look forward to supporting individuals and communities on their journey towards better health and wellbeing

A personalised nutrition consultation with me, an HCPC registered dietitian. I adopt a co-productive strategy, working with you, not at you, and take a person-centered approach to help understand your motivations, context and the food environment you live in. It is very important because where you live, what is available, what is affordable and what is culturally meaningful all affect the way you eat, and I take that very seriously.

I have more than 13 years of clinical experience and a background in sustainable food systems, bringing the clinical rigor of the Nutrition Care Process, but also a broader understanding of the many reasons eating well is not always easy. Sessions are done through video conferencing.

Couples Sessions

Eating is not something we do in isolation. Household composition and the people we share food with influence our food choices, just as our own habits and preferences do. This session brings two individuals together to explore shared eating patterns, family dynamics, and the influence of structural factors such as food access, budget, and time on what ends up on the table.

Drawing on my experience in community nutrition and co-production, I facilitate an honest, non-judgemental conversation that values each person’s perspective. Together, you will identify practical, realistic strategies that can be implemented in your everyday lives, not an idealised version of them.
