Food is never just about nutrients. It is connected to our culture, identity, memories, families, finances, time, access, celebrations and the people we share our lives with.
These monthly 90-minute circles offer a welcoming, informal space to explore the many different ways food shapes our lives.
Each session begins with an intro and a check-in before moving into an open, guided conversation around a chosen theme. I bring professional dietetic knowledge and research where it is useful, but these are not lectures or traditional classes. The conversation is shaped by the people in the room.

There is no single definition of “healthy eating” that works for everyone. These sessions create space to explore the richness and diversity of the ways people eat, cook and connect through food.
