Therapist
I am a fully qualified psychotherapist holding a master’s degree in Psychotherapy, I work with an integrative model, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities to ensure that therapy is shaped around you as an individual. I believe deeply that no two people experience the world in the same way, and therefore no two therapeutic journeys look the same. Our work together will be thoughtfully tailored to your needs, pace, and goals, with careful attention given to building a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.
I specialise in supporting neurodivergent young people, and adults, particularly those with autism, ADHD, and Tourette’s syndrome, alongside individuals with broader special educational needs. I also work with neurotypical clients and those living with other disabilities.
My professional interest in neurodiversity is rooted in both academic training and lived experience. As a parent to children with autism, ADHD, and Tourette’s syndrome, I understand the daily realities, strengths, and challenges that can arise. I committed myself to extensive additional learning, attending specialist training, seminars, and workshops, so that I could advocate effectively and deepen my understanding. This combination of professional knowledge and personal insight informs my practice with empathy, authenticity, and genuine respect for each individual’s unique neurological profile.
I offer individual and couples therapy, providing a secure and confidential space. My online work allows flexibility, continuity, creating a calm, containing therapeutic space where you feel heard, understood, and free from judgement, wherever you are physically located.
Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we will work towards greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, and a way forward that feels aligned with who you truly are.
