Online Therapy Sessions
I’m a BACP-registered integrative psychotherapist offering one-to-one online support for adults. I provide a warm, grounded, and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings safely, at your own pace.
My approach is rooted in person-centred therapy and integrates psychodynamic, relational, and mindfulness-based practices. I work in a flexible, responsive way that supports you as an individual. From lived experience, I’m a neurodivergent-affirming practitioner who values difference and creates an inclusive therapeutic space.
I hold a First-Class BA (Hons) in Integrative Counselling Practice and have experience working in both private practice and specialist services supporting survivors of domestic abuse and sexual violence. I work with a range of issues, including anxiety, trauma, low self-worth, identity, and life transitions, with a particular passion for supporting those impacted by trauma.
Healing happens through connection with ourselves, with others, and within a safe therapeutic relationship. My work is underpinned by an awareness of the mind-body connection, supporting you to build self-awareness, resilience, and a deeper sense of self-compassion.
Outside of my work, I value nature, movement, and mindfulness, which continue to shape my holistic approach to wellbeing.
If you feel I’m a good fit for you, I invite you to reach out and begin your journey with support.
