Therapist
I am a psychotherapist with eight years of experience supporting individuals and couples, across a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. Over the years, I work with clients navigating trauma, including sexual abuse, as well as anxiety, depression, ADHD and struggles around identity and self-worth.
My work is grounded in a person-centred approach. I believe that each of us has an innate capacity for growth and healing when we are met with empathy, authenticity and genuine understanding. Creating a safe, non-judgemental space is central to how I practise. I aim to offer a therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, respected and able to explore experiences that may have felt overwhelming or silenced in the past.
Alongside my person-centred foundation, I work integratively. This means I thoughtfully draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to meet your unique needs. I do not believe therapy should be rigid or “one size fits all.” Instead, I work collaboratively, shaping our sessions in a way that feels attuned, supportive and empowering for you.
I am highly experienced in delivering therapy online and understand how to create warmth, depth and safety within a virtual space. For many people, accessing therapy remotely provides comfort and flexibility, and I ensure the same level of care and containment as I would in person.
At the heart of my practice is kindness and respect. I am committed to walking alongside you at your own pace, honouring your story, and supporting you in building resilience, self-understanding and meaningful change.
