Hi, I’m Clover. I help exhausted people who can’t switch off learn to rest deeply and reclaim their energy, starting with sleep.

I believe rest isn’t a luxury, it’s essential. My work combines sleep coaching, yoga, and breathwork to help your nervous system feel safe enough to let go.

I use yoga to release the tension your body has been holding onto for too long. When you’ve been trained to stay “on” all the time, your body doesn’t know how to switch off anymore. I teach you how to give yourself permission to rest without guilt or pressure.

THE SWITCH OFF sleep without the fight

A guided experience for minds that don’t stop, and bodies that can’t sleep.

If you’re exhausted but still “on,” these sessions help your body move out of overdrive and into deep rest. Many people leave and sleep for 6–8 hours — without forcing it.

No pressure. Nothing to perform.Just space to switch off — so your body can finally sleep.

Nothing else needs you right now.

This is typically a 45-minute session

I’m a qualified yoga and meditation teacher, breathwork and retreat facilitator with over 10 years of experience. I’ve supported 1000s of people through weekly online sleep sessions, breathwork, yoga, workshops and retreats.

I specialise in working with people trying to keep it all together on the outside while quietly running on empty. If you’re managing everything but struggling with exhaustion, overwhelm, racing minds, and the inability to switch off or rest without guilt, Yoga Nidra can help.

Yoga Nidra (often translated as “yogic sleep”) is a guided meditation practice where you lie comfortably, usually in Savasana and are led through stages of awareness. These typically include setting an intention (sankalpa), scanning the body, observing the breath, and visualisation. The aim isn’t to fall asleep, but to enter a state between waking and sleeping where the body is deeply relaxed while the mind remains aware. In this state, the nervous system settles, which can support stress reduction, emotional balance, and improved sleep.

Historically, Yoga Nidra has roots in ancient Indian yogic and tantric traditions, where similar practices were used for deep meditation and self-inquiry. The modern, structured form most people practice today was systematised in the 20th century by Swami Satyananda Saraswati, who adapted these older techniques into a clear, accessible method through

When I’m not teaching, I love travelling, using my voice, creating music, and dancing. In a world that wants us to keep going and be so exhausted that we just do what we’re told, I don’t want to, do you? Let’s rest — then we can have more fun!
